The rules shall apply to all people staying at the premises of “Fala” Guest House.
The hotel day starts on 1 p.m. and lasts until 11 a.m. the next day.
The Guest House has in place a quiet hours policy, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next day.
The Guests are checked in based on their identification document.
The payment for your stay is payable upon arrival.
If you check our early during your stay, we do not return the paid amount.
If you cancel your entire stay after paying the down payment, the down payment is not refundable.
People who are not staying in our Lodging House may visit the guests until 10 p.m.
The guests are fully liable for any damage to or loss of their room amenities attributable to the guest or their visitors.
The rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted only on balconies.
Due to safety considerations, upon leaving the room, the Guest should turn off the TV, lights, close the water taps and check if the doors are securely locked.
The Guest House shall not be liable for any loss of cars or other vehicles left in the parking place or any items left in the vehicles.
Any complaints shall be lodged with the person who checked in the Guests.
